Track your order
Every parcel is insured to full value and tracked to the minute. Your dispatch note has the number.
Where your work is
The dispatch email contains the carrier link. Made-to-order works also receive bench photographs at each milestone, so you see the making, not just the shipping.
Signatures
Every delivery requires a signature, no exceptions, even when the box looks small. If no one is home, the carrier holds it at their counter for five days.
If something is wrong
A parcel late, a box arriving opened: write or call the studio the same day and we take it from there. The insurance is ours to chase, never yours.
