Is everything really one of a kind?
Finished works, yes. Made-to-order designs repeat, but never with the same stone, so no two pieces ever match exactly.
Can I see a stone before buying?
Always. In daylight at the studio, or on a call with the loupe on camera. Twenty minutes, no obligation.
Do you work with my stone?
Gladly. Resetting an heirloom is a third of what leaves the bench. Post it insured or bring it by.
What does the passport cover?
Species, carat, cut, origin as far as knowable, and any treatment in full words. Lost passports are reissued free, forever.
