Visits, shipping & returns
Every work ships insured and signed for, anywhere in the United States, at no charge. Returns are simple because they should be: thirty days, no restocking fee, no interrogation.
Viewings
Every piece over $2,000 and every loose stone can be seen in daylight at the studio, no obligation. Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment.
Delivery
Ready-now works leave the studio within two business days. Made-to-order pieces state their making time on the page; most ship in three to four weeks. Every parcel is insured to full value and requires a signature.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, in original condition, in the slate box. Commissions and engraved pieces exchange rather than return. We will say this again, plainly, before you pay.
