Resizing is free for life on every ring we make. Repairs on our works are honest: if it failed because of us, it costs nothing.

Resizing for life

Bands resize up or down two sizes in most cases. Eternity bands, which cannot be cut, exchange for the right size within the first year.

Chipped stones, bent prongs, lost pavé: send a photograph first and we will tell you the cost, if any, before you ship anything.

We email you an insured, prepaid label. Pack the work in any sturdy box; the slate box is not required. Repairs return in two to three weeks.
