How to choose a band
Width changes the size
A 5 mm band wears a quarter size smaller than a 2 mm one. We size to the exact band you order, not a generic mandrel.
Full eternity is forever, literally
Stones all the way around cannot be resized, only remade. If your size moves, choose a half eternity and keep the option.
Match the wear, not the wedding day
The band outlives the photos. Choose the profile that feels like nothing, then the stones.

Studs bands are made to commission at Made With Color: one artist, one bench, in New York. Ask and we will pull stones in daylight and send passports before you decide. The first real jewel most people own and the one they wear the most hours of their life.

CHOOSING THE STYLE
On the style
Match the stone to the earlobe, not the outfit: 4 to 5 mm reads quiet, 6 mm noticeable, 8 mm deliberate.
Fit before beauty
Wide bands wear a half size small. Size on the exact width you will order.
Then the look
Decide plain, textured, or stone-set by how the other rings on that hand are finished.
What size studs should I buy?
For daily wear, 5 to 6 mm carries color without shouting. Buy the stone a size smaller than instinct says; lobes are smaller stages than they look.
How long until it arrives?
Ready-now works leave the studio within two business days, insured and signed for. Made to order pieces state their bench time on the page, most within three to four weeks.
What if it does not suit?
Thirty days from delivery, in original condition, in the slate box. Resizing is free for life on rings, and any stone we set can be reset into a new mount as taste changes.
How do these wear?
Screw backs for stones that matter. Butterfly backs loosen; screws do not.
